Part 2 of the “Norsk aften” Tour kicks off in Drammen on January 16th.

This fall Kurt Nilsen will play 27 concerts around Norway with his band. They will present new songs in Norwegian in addition to some of Kurt’s greatest hits.
The tour kicks off in Oppdal on Octorber 10th.

Friday May 11th Kurt Nilsen will be guest at the "NRK1 “Lindmo” season finale. He is taking a day off from the studio where he is recording his first album in Norwegian. In addition to talking with Anne Lindmo, Kurt and his band will perform “Du sa” witch is the next single from the forthcoming album.
“Du sa” will be released May 18th.

Coming fall Kurt Nilsen will release his first album in Norwegian. October 10th his biggest tour so far in his career kicks off.
The tour is entitled “Kurt Nilsen – Norsk Aften” witch means “an evening in Norwegian” and the concerts will be based on the new album and his stories around these songs. The tour starts in Oppdal October 10th and will end in Oslo Konserthus November 24th. On tour Kurt brings a Med seg på turneen har Nilsen et stjernelag av musikere og konsertene vil baseres på det nye albumet og hans fortellinger rundt dette.
- “I am really looking forward to go tour again and meeting the audience with my new norwegian songs. Live converts is what I love most about being and artist.” Kurt Nilsen explains about this concert series.

Four years after his last studio album, Kurt Nilsen is releasing a new song 14th January. The song is titled “Den gamle dansen” and is Kurt’s first self written song in Norwegian. The song is a warm, personal and honest song about what we all live for, love!
The first time you will hear the song is when Kurt performs at NRK1 “Spellemannsprisen” lørdag 14th January (Part 1: 19:55-20:55, Part 2: 21:30-22:45 CET). “Den gamle dansen” will be released (digitally) the same day.

Saturday 14th January “Spellemannsprisen” (Norwegian Grammy Awards) is taking place in Folketeatret, Oslo. Kurt Nilsen will be performing at the show witch is broadcasted on NRK1. Performing is also Bernhoft, Odd Nordstoga, Gabrielle, Jan Eggum, Erik & Kriss, Amina Sewali, Solveig Slettahjell and LidoLido.

Kurt Nilsen will be playing Christmas concerts with his band and guest artist Christel Alsos around Norway from 20th November till 21st December.

I’m pleased to announce that fabulous "Christel Alsos ":http://www.christelalsos.no/will be joining me on Christmas Tour as guest artist.
Exceptions are Norfjordeid and Sogndal where another unique artist Marion Raven will be replacing Christel.

From 20th November – 21st December Kurt will be touring Norway playing Christmas concerts.
On the tour he will be accompanied by guest artists Christel Alsos in addition to musicians Daniel Hovik (Keys/band leader), Martin Windstad (percussion), Eirik Øien (bass) and Tommy Kristiansen (guitars).
